Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Kazroutes DMC through our website and travel services. By booking a tour or using services provided by Kazroutes DMC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Kazroutes DMC provides tourism services including travel planning, tour packages, transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and guided excursions across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
1. Booking and Contract
A booking is considered confirmed only after Kazroutes DMC receives the required deposit or full payment as specified for the selected tour package.
Once the deposit or payment is received, a binding agreement is established between the client and Kazroutes DMC.
The company reserves the right to cancel or decline a booking if payment conditions are not fulfilled within the required timeframe.
2. Prices and Cost Changes
All prices published on the Kazroutes DMC website are based on costs at the time of publication.
Kazroutes DMC reserves the right to change prices before booking confirmation due to factors including government tax changes, currency exchange fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and changes in transportation or accommodation costs.
Clients will be informed of any price adjustments prior to booking confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, clients must pay a deposit of 20% of the tour price or the amount specified in the booking agreement.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the start of the tour.
For bookings made within 45 days before departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels a confirmed booking, cancellation charges may apply:
- 30 days or more before departure – loss of deposit
- 15–29 days before departure – 30% of tour cost
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% of tour cost
- 6 days or less before departure – 80% of tour cost
Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations must be submitted in writing.
5. Changes to Booking
Requests to modify a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing. Kazroutes DMC will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee all requests. Additional costs may apply.
6. Changes to Tour Itinerary
Kazroutes DMC reserves the right to alter tour itineraries due to operational reasons, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or safety considerations.
7. Cancellation by Kazroutes DMC
Kazroutes DMC reserves the right to cancel any tour before departure if necessary. In such cases clients will be offered alternative travel arrangements or a full refund of the amount paid.
8. Travel Insurance
Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal accidents, and loss of luggage. Kazroutes DMC is not responsible for costs arising from personal incidents during travel.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports and visas, providing accurate personal information, complying with local laws, and following safety instructions from guides or operators.
10. Liability
Kazroutes DMC acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and tour guides. The company is not liable for airline delays, hotel service issues, transportation disruptions, loss of belongings, or injury during travel.
11. Force Majeure
Kazroutes DMC shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions.
12. Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for unused services such as accommodation, meals, transportation, or excursions if a traveler leaves the tour early.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kazakhstan courts.
